Tonight’s New Moon arrives like a room finally settling after years of noise.
Since 2018, so many of us have been rebuilding ourselves in private. Quiet endings. Sudden departures. Identities shedding and reforming in ways we couldn’t explain at the time.
This moon feels less like transformation and more like arrival.
Not a dramatic rebirth, but the strange realization that you already survived the becoming.
At WuuM, we’re thinking about the lives built after rupture: the people we became after leaving, after loss, after coming out, after changing cities, after learning how to stay soft in a culture that rewards distance.
Maybe healing isn’t a lightning strike. Maybe it’s finally feeling at home inside your own life.

Reading after dark, we turn to literature as a kind of quiet companionship, the books that stay with us when the room gets still, offering presence without demand, intimacy without interruption, and language for things we don’t always know how to say out loud.
From Night Sky with Exit Wounds by Ocean Vuong to The Argonauts by Maggie Nelson and A Room of One’s Own by Virginia Woolf, these works hold space for desire, identity, and becoming, each one a different way of learning how to live inside your own thoughts.
In Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, we fall into dream logic and shifting selves, while Love Is a Dog from Hell by Charles Bukowski sits in the darker corners of feeling, raw, restless, unguarded.
And in Day by Michael Cunningham, we are reminded that even the most ordinary hours can hold entire emotional universes, quietly unfolding in the background of everyday life.
For the books we return to at night.
For the pages we leave open longer than we planned.
For the words that feel closer in the dark.

UNBOUND is where the classroom is the body, where rope becomes ritual, and where nervous system wisdom meets primal desire. Where old stories transform into pure liberation. Tied together in sensually lived freedom.
UNBOUND presents Erotic Intelligence : an immersive journey of workshops, ceremony, and connection. Beginner-friendly and all-levels welcome, this experience blends ancient ritual with modern somatic science to awaken pleasure, presence, and possibility.
The afternoon is INSTRUCTIONAL — hands-on learning of embodied practices like shibari, somatics, polarity, power play, and more.
The evening is AFTERS — a night with live DJs, playful avant-garde artistry, and a sensual, electric space to explore and integrate in a beautifully held environment.
