Laura and Daniel’s wedding at
@thetrust_melbourne was pure romance from start to finish - so much so that it was even featured in
@_anti_bride !
Our team,
@the.goodsmiths and
@anatomyofflowers , thoughtfully designed a celebration with a refined edge, embracing deep hues and unique, produce-only table arrangements. Featuring radicchio cabbages, braids of beans, and wired mini-garlics, the tablescape beautifully complemented the rich, ambient autumnal weather within the historic building in heart of the city.
Inspired by Laura’s column-style dress and long, trailing neck scarf, Anatomy of Flowers crafted a chic bridal bouquet of aubergine-toned calla lilies, tied with long emerald velvet ribbons for an effortlessly elegant touch.
Rather than a traditional wedding day, Laura and Daniel curated an intimate dinner party-style celebration. Shared plates, delicious cocktails flowing immediately after the ceremony, and a cheeky round of espresso martinis once the dance floor was in full swing made for an unforgettable experience!
Framing the venue’s impressive historic mirrors, two grand urns set the stage for a breathtaking ceremony. A modern interpretation of Dutch Still Life paintings, these arrangements evoked a sense of abundance and warmth, with cascading satin elements and florals such as orchids, calla lilies, hellebores, and papyrus stems drawing the eye into a lush, romantic scene.
Being part of Laura and Daniel’s day was such a joy for our team - we loved bringing their unique vision to life in a way that felt personal, artistic, and completely them. 🤍
