Excited to say a huge project i've been working on launches today! 📲
CALMzone is a completely free mental health app (with no ads!!) that provides real relief for anxiety, depression and stress through tools and exercises that are all science backed. The app makes it easier to deal with stress, panic, mood and whatever life throws at you. Basically better understand your own thoughts and feelings and help you through rough times.

We spent a long time carefully building the app out in a way that feels human and not overwhelming, making sure it visually feels like a safe space.
A good challenge for me making so many illustrations that fit lots of very different and sometimes complex emotions in an approachable way and got me thinking abstractly a lot, tackling imagery in a way I don't usually get to.
There's over 350 illustrations in total so this was a huge task!! Working with lots of guidance from @sarmcguire and @gilded_furnace to get it all done was the perfect team.
I've been working with @calmzone for a while now and it's always a good time. Special thanks to @georgeylee_ too 🩵
