Happy International Women and Girls in Science day to my fellow Women in Science.
For me it begin back in primary school where I always looked forward to my Natural Science class. It was natural for me to take the Science route in high school.
When the time came to decide what I was going to study in varsity, my career path was lead by my fascination of how milk turns into maas. I wanted to know what happens to milk for it to turn into sour milk. A career guidance coach that had visited our school asked “have you heard about food science and food technology?”. A question that I will never forget because it changed my life.
Fast forward to today, I love it here and look forward to growing my knowledge even more.
Anyways Women & Girls in Science are cool too and we rock! Our work and stories can never be erased. Our contribution to this field is one that keeps the Earth spinning. Keep at it Sister💕🌸.
