Them Flying Monkeys no Palco RUC 🚨 Vindos de Sintra, os Them Flying Monkeys constroem uma linguagem própria dentro do rock alternativo contemporâneo, marcada por uma tensão constante entre sombra e intensidade. A sua música cruza a urgência do pós-punk com paisagens neopsicadélicas e uma forte componente electrónica, resultando num som denso, hipnótico e emocionalmente carregado que a Rolling Stone França descreveu como “pós-apocalíptico, mas irresistível.” Em palco, a banda vive da fricção entre controlo e caos, oferecendo concertos catárticos, imprevisíveis e profundamente físicos, onde melodia e distorção se enfrentam sem concessões. Após o lançamento de Best Behavior no início de 2025, um disco que marcou a sua fase mais ambiciosa e electrizante até então, os Them Flying Monkeys preparam-se agora para abrir um novo capítulo com Replika, o próximo longa duração da banda. Este trabalho aponta para um território ainda mais ousado e confrontacional, onde a identidade sonora do grupo é levada ao limite, explorando temas de repetição, desgaste, sobrevivência emocional e transformação num mundo cada vez mais fragmentado. O single mais recente, Big Boy, lançado em novembro de 2025 e produzido e misturado por Jeremy R. G. Snyder, responsável por trabalhos com IDLES, Fontaines D.C., Sprints e Gilla Band, oferece um primeiro vislumbre dessa nova fase.
