Recently I had the opportunity to edit Nazaré: Making Giants, 60Tb+ of footage and a year of editing.
And how lucky I was to have an editing partner that was a shoulder to cry on, a steady rock on the ocean and a light at the end of the tunnel.
Thank you to the director @pedrovarelalx and @blanchefilmes and the producers @kiko___saraiva_ and @redbullstudios for making this project possible and tell this special story.

Born of the Æter – The Triad of Becoming
Before the journey begins, before the character fractures into multitudes of creative dimensions, there is a spark—a point of origin in the eternal Æter. From this source emerge the first three fragments: archetypes that form the triad of existence. They are not merely symbols, but living energies, embodying the cosmic rhythm of time, essence, and transformation.
Together, these three fragments form the axis on which the entire journey spins. They are the first echoes of the creative self—each one a reality, a truth, a frequency. As the project unfolds, more versions will emerge, but these three remain the primal compass This is not a linear story. It is a cosmic dance of selves—converging, collapsing, and creating. This is the creative process made manifest.

🎥 Loveless (2017)
Directed by Andrey Zvyagintsev
A haunting story of a fractured family and a missing child, Loveless explores the depths of human disconnect and the scars left by neglect. Zhenya and Boris are caught in the chaos of divorce, resentment, and new beginnings—until their 12-year-old son, Alyosha, disappears.
Track “Leaving Darrien” by Evgueni Galperine and Sacha Galperine, whose music perfectly encapsulates the emotional tone of the story.
Crossing “გადასვლა“ (2024), directed by Levan Akin.
“- Is this really the life she chose?
- I think it was hardly a choice.”
“Istanbul is a place where people come to disappear.”
Acho que é o meu filme favorito deste ano, já tinha gostado muito do “And then we danced” também do mesmo realizador.
Mas este filme existe dentro de uma sensibilidade e delicadeza para com as personagens que é fora de série. Chorei. ❤️
“Lia, a retired teacher from Georgia, learns from her young neighbor, Achi, that her long-lost transgender niece, Tekla, has crossed the border into Turkey. In search of Tekla, Lia travels to Istanbul with the unpredictable Achi, where they explore the hidden depths of the city.”
