Este año se hizo un sueño realidad que no sabía ni que era sueño. En enero del 2025 firmamos un contrato para este local y decidimos convertirlo en una heladería. Ese mismo día me fui a la biblioteca a sacar todos los libros de heladería y los experimentos comenzaron. Desde lejos probé miles de recetas y compartí miles de helados con amigos. @jfasja me lanzó a lo desconocido y un año después aquí estamos. Con un lugar increíble, lleno de vida, color, y un increíble helado. Gracias a nuestros arquitectos @marcpascaloda@emeliaislas , diseñadora gráfica @desdemona1 , a nuestro equipo y familia.

Two years since we closed the bakery! 🥲Time really does move quickly.
Here’s a little throwback to those five(ish) years giving it our all to this project. Lots of long days baking, learning, and figuring it all out.
Life has since taken Tamar and me to opposite corners of the country, but we’re still here 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏼♀️ creating, teaching, and open to future collaborations.

What a whirlwind of a year 🌪️ from the Midest to the South, and Mexico all around. A Doctor graduated with honors @aslancmiz / master of the butt scoot/ cakes/challah bakes and closing doors/big moves 🏡/and a 5 year old with poetry in his veins. ❤️❤️❤️
Let the new year bring hope and light for all/ projects and new beginnings. Walking feet, a kid who can read, and lots of new bakes. 🍰
