I can finally share with y’all that my @TEDxLausanneWomen talk is live! You’ll see that I was overcome with emotion—because this moment meant everything. I was the first speaker of the day, looking out at faces of people who traveled all the way to Switzerland just to hear me speak. All I wanted was to make us proud. (& I think I did 🥹) Standing on that stage, sharing my story, was a dream come true. A dream that started with an idea—#EffYourBeautyStandards—that changed my life forever. What began as a simple message of defiance became a movement, a community, and proof that when we take up space, we create space for others too. Now more than ever, the world needs us to show up as we are, to tell our stories, and to take up space—boldly, unapologetically, and without shrinking ourselves to fit where we were never meant to. Spent spring break at @tatefarmstx which is exactly what my southern heart needed. Got to see the parents & my dad never complained about having to bring me a stepstool to get in and out of all of the giant trucks because I have Shetland pony legs. But seriously having friends like @melissatatetx @evan_tate sure does make my life better & to all of y’all that came up to me and gave me a hug- thank you I needed more than you know! 🤠 #texas
