THE TERRA STRING QUARTET HAS WON
We are pleased to announce that @terrastringquartet has won the 2025 Naumburg Chamber Music Competition.
Their award includes $15,000, a Carnegie Hall recital, a San Francisco Conservatory recital, a commissioned work and a recording of that commissioned work.
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome the Terra String Quartet to the Dinin Arts roster!! Most recently in residence at @yale.music and @caramoor , the @terrastringquartet is taking the chamber music world by storm with its vibrant, heartfelt, and engaging performances.
We canât wait to see them in action this summer at @capitalregionclassical , @kingstonchambermusic , @rockportchambermusicfestival & @skanfestival and to be a part of their journey at this exciting time in their career.

Our first week at @brittenpearsarts was a dream - 2 performances, 3 days with the legendary Miguel da Silva and endless uninterrupted rehearsal hours away from home sinking our teeth into new Beethoven and Schubert đŹđ§
Next week we gather all the inspiration we can get from the land of Benjamin Britten for a week of Britten string quartets â€ïž
Our Friday Lunchtime Concert series continued today with an enchanting performance from Terra String Quartet, who presented a programme featuring Haydnâs String Quartet in G major, Op. 33 No. 5 âHow Do You Do?â alongside Beethovenâs String Quartet No. 7 in F, Op. 59 No. 1 âRazumovskyâ.
We look forward to welcoming them back to Aldeburgh Jubilee Hall next week, when they return with a programme of Seo, Britten and Prokofiev.
From the deep breath of Elgar and Golijov with the Terra Quartet to the relentless and raw edge of the Kreutzer with Stefan Jackiw. It was one of those rare moments where everything just clicked. This is exactly why we do what we do.
