We’re seeking a Construction Manager to oversee our landscape construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
This role is focused on leading field operations, managing schedules and subcontractors, and delivering high-end outdoor spaces with attention to detail from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
• Manage multiple landscape construction projects
• Oversee field superintendents, subcontractors, and labor crews
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and material deliveries
• Maintain quality across hardscape, pools, planting, grading, and drainage
• Track budgets, job costs, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients, architects, designers, and consultants throughout construction
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving efficiently
