Banksy’s latest installation arrives in Waterloo Place as a quiet interruption to the city’s familiar rhythm.
A suited figure marches forward, flag raised high, its fabric caught mid-motion and pulled across the face. The work feels less like a monument and more like a combination — part sculpture, part performance, part question.
In a world where art no longer waits inside gallery walls, Banksy continues to shift the boundaries of where meaning is placed and who gets to encounter it. Public space becomes the exhibition, the passerby becomes the audience, and the artwork becomes part of the city’s conversation.

Yesterday we went to the Lupus Revolution Volume 2 — an event run by @MyLupusDiary , a non-profit organisation which support and empower people with lupus at Central Eaton Club @eatonclubhk
Coached by supermodel Janet Ma (@janetma28 ) 11 confident and beautiful lupus warriors owned the runway with their walks. Following the fashion showcase, director Sapphire ( @shensapphire ) gave a heartfelt speech of hope and resilience.
The event showcased beauty and strength, whilst giving us all a deeper understanding of lupus. Congratulations to Sapphire and the MLD( @mylupusdiary )team for redefining beauty and hope through this incredible event.
