EID Mubarak to all celebrating. This dance is named Kurubi performed in Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso. It is for celebrations particularly for the end of Ramadan. We’ve been celebrating all month in preparation for EID.
It is fundamentally a women’s dance that often highlights young women in the year before marriage. But all enjoy it. #westafricandance #eidmubarak #culturalheritage
