Temasek Polytechnic, in partnership with CS Tay and the Singapore Chef’s Association, invites you to an exclusive 4-day masterclass: Food Innovation and Commercialisation: From Idea to Plate to Market.
Designed specifically to bridge the gap between the kitchen and the F&B business landscape, this intensive course empowers you to pair your culinary expertise with a structured innovation process. You will learn to validate consumer trends, rapidly prototype in our kitchen labs, and prepare a market-ready dish.
Participants will also unlock the chance to pitch an original chicken dish to industry titans via the CS Tay Pitch Competition, with prizes including a free Thailand manufacturing tour, mass retail distribution in major supermarkets, and personal branding on the product packaging.

Graduation is upon us!
For this year, Temasek Launchpad is featuring Qiksense, an AI interactive marketing campaign builder, a product of our alumni incubate, Real Nation.
For Graduation 2026, this product built an AI caricature photobooth and we are delighted to see all the cute and happy faces generated!

From Japan to South Korea, our Temasek Polytechnic students embarked on two unforgettable Overseas Study Trips — each offering a unique lens into innovation, entrepreneurship, and culture.
Japan (Fukuoka) | 4 – 11 Oct 2025
Students were immersed in Fukuoka’s dynamic startup and innovation ecosystem. They explored world-class operations at the Toyota Factory and gained insights into sustainability at Eco Town.
The experience went beyond industry visits — students connected with peers and faculty at the Fukuoka Institute of Technology (FIT), and heard directly from founders at the “Startups of Fukuoka” Ramen Tech Event.
Outside of learning, they soaked in the cultural richness of Fukuoka — from its iconic food scene to its historic shrines — experiencing how tradition and innovation coexist.
South Korea (Jeonju & Seoul) | 4 – 11 Apr 2026
Students explored innovation through culture and creativity — from engaging with startups at the Jeonju Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency (JICA) to experiencing hands-on activities like drone soccer.
They also connected with students at Sookmyung Women’s University, visited Hongik University and the Samsung Innovation Museum, and explored how tradition meets modern enterprise in places like the Jeonju traditional market.
And of course, no trip is complete without the little moments — from chimaek (or chiko 😉) dinners to shared laughter and new friendships along the way.
These journeys go beyond exposure — they shape perspectives, spark ideas, and inspire our students to think bigger in a global context. ✨
