The menu by chef @yuvib is built around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with a Mediterranean-Levantine soul - and you can go full sharing-plates feast or tuck into the beautifully curated set menu.

Tim Tanneberger’s work is deeply shaped by the world of fine dining, yet his latest project, Edith Berlin, marks a more personal chapter in his career.
Named after his grandmother, Edith, the project is rooted in the philosophy she instilled in him early on: that food is far more than mere technique, it is a medium for connection.
Through Edith, Tim bridges the disciplined excellence of Michelin-level cuisine with an intimate, personal atmosphere.
His work manifests in limited-seat pop-ups and meticulously crafted seasonal menus hosted in unique locations.
Guided by a clear vision and uncompromising standards, Tim Tanneberger creates dining experiences designed to resonate long after the final course.
In this exclusive collaboration, our Chef Yuval Belhans joins forces with Tim Tanneberger for a unique four-hands dining experience.
Together, they have crafted a 7-course tasting menu, including a signature welcome drink, at 79 EUR per person.
The menu will be available in both Omnivore and Vegetarian versions. Due to the intricate nature of this curated menu, please note that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate specific allergies or special dietary restrictions for this particular event.
To complete the experience, our Sommelier has curated a selection of exceptional wines and a dedicated Wine Pairing specifically for this evening, alongside a thoughtful selection of non-alcoholic pairings.

Teller just set the bar for what a sharing menu should be 🖤
Two years in the Berlin food scene and Teller just keeps getting better. We did the “for two” sharing menu (€79/pp) and honestly? Course after course was a reminder of why this place has earned its reputation.
It started with an amuse-bouche we didn’t see coming, fried pickled Schmorgurken with dill mayo, the kind of bite that makes you sit up straight and pay attention 👀
Then came the Fish Cigars with pistachio, fermented honey & mascarpone, Burrata with yellow & red beets, Hamachi sashimi with green salsa & ramsons flowers… we hadn’t even touched the mains yet.
We swapped the Risotto for the Yellowtail Bouillabaisse with harissa & fennel (no regrets), and the Dry Aged Onglet with red wine sauce was the kind of dish that makes you go quiet at the table.
Dessert landed with a Labneh Cheesecake with quince and a Halva Ice Cream with sesame tuile & black sesame praline, a sweet, nutty, slightly tangy finish we didn’t want to end.
Paired the whole thing with a @jonas_seckinger Chardonnay that matched every single course.
Oh, and a small detail that I loved: their team members are listed proudly on display right next to the menu. That kind of thing says a lot about a place.
