Free oil painting! The artist is Colin Blackshear. Dimensions: 5’x6’.
Has one small tear in the canvas as can be seen in pictures. (I believe there are ways to repair this at home or professionally.)
Located in SoMa, SF @ Langton Labs.
This year’s art installations invite you to explore, play, reflect, and connect — day and night.
Drop into The Hole for a guided meditation, nest in The Cocoon, or share tea and stories in the Dreamtemple or Pyramid Portal. Whisper, sing, or vibrate with others at Sound Cauldron.
Feel the music in your body on the Bass Bed. Let your gestures create visuals at Wave Conductor. Connect with someone — human or puppet.
Glow-lit rivers, mystery markets, healing messages, and surreal spaces await. Some will make you laugh. Some might make you cry.
However you move through it, it’s yours. Welcome to Priceless.

Happy holidays! While I wasn’t able to spend time with any biological family members, I’m so glad I could spend it with some of my closest friends.

Happy birthday momma. Love and miss you so much. Thankful everyday for all the wisdom and love you shared with me. I can’t imagine a more nurturing, fun mom. The best! 💜
Well, I finally caught the Covid! I only really tested due to recently attending a large social event last week/weekend during and after which a number of attendees tested positive.
I wanted to share my testing experience as I suspect my experience is not unique and if we changed our testing techniques we’d start catching Covid much sooner, thereby preventing additional spread — especially useful for multi-day events that only test at the beginning.
Anyway, this picture shows how so far I’ve only tested positive via swabbing the back of my throat on an antigen test.
*Even the lab-administered PCR test was negative.*
I’m considering doing more antigen tests, swabbing just my nose, until I get a positive result.
I have very few symptoms thus far.
Occasionally I like to thumb through and reread random bits of one of my favorite books, “The Art of Living” by the Greek stoic philosopher Epictetus, and thought I’d share this excerpt with all y’all.
A good reminder that we create our own reality in many ways. Perspective is everything.
Happy Quarantine Easter Picnic! Om nom nom. Thankful for @justforyoucafe , this little slice of peaceful outdoors with the calming sounds of lapping water and the occasional seagull, and Chris. :)
