He explained The Tebow Group way of solving problems and we call it “See, Say, Solve.” Businesses, ministries, and other organizations are created because of a calling. They are on a mission to solve a problem. But problem-solving is not simply about “cutting the grass,” so we should find the root of the issue to make sure we “pull the weeds.” This starts with seeing the problem (or anticipating a potential problem) and having a desire to help solve it. The next step is saying something and collaborating with peers to gain perspective. With a broader view, solving the problem is easier because of a deeper understanding of the root issue. We hope this process helps you solve the next problem in your organization.

But if all we do today is speak…if all I do is speak then I also miss the mark. We have to do more than just talk about it. We have to act on it and be about it.
My hope and prayer is that today be a day that we wouldn’t miss the mark, that we would hear his cries, and her cries, and that we would hear all the boys and girls calling out and we would answer the call.
Every single one of the 50,000+ unknown boys and girls are worth us answering the call and doing everything we can so that they can experience the Faith, Hope and Love that they deserve…not the darkness, evil and torture that they’re in right now.
Thank you, Lord, for this humbling opportunity. I am grateful that we have a chance to be a part of His mission for the Most Vulnerable boys and girls around the world.”
Back in June 2023, TTG had the honor of working alongside @demitebow , @timtebowfoundation and @impactafrica on her 28th birthday fundrasier to fully fund the build out of the TTF Impact Campus, including a school, counseling center, and a baby safe. Here we are, just 6 months later, the school campus is almost completely built! In April, we expect the grand opening of the school, which will empower and educate more than 200 vulnerable children and families every year!
