Ladies just because it’s feels like it’s not working, doesn’t mean that it not!!!
REAL transformations take time.
Building muscle takes time.
Improving your body composition takes time.
Many women give up before the real transformation actually takes place because it feels like it’s taking too long.
So much change is happening as you focus on being consistent, choosing healthier options, improving daily habits and working on improving your lifestyle!

Feeling like you indulged over the Easter weekend then you need to do this 👇🏽
And no the answer is not slashing your calories drastically ❌
Or skipping meals ❌
Or doing endless amounts of cardio so you can “sweat out all the sugar” ❌
What you need to focus on is doing the 2 things below👇🏽
1. GET BACK TO THE FUNDAMENTALS NOW ✅
Get back to your daily routine ASAP!
If you’re tracking your calories, get back to tracking and eating your normal healthy and balanced foods. A portion of protein with each main meal to keep you satiated and fuelled.
Hydrate properly and drink your water aiming for at least 2L each day!
These will support hunger stabilisation and ensure that binge restrict loop doesn’t even begin.
2. USE THE EXTRA FUEL PROPERLY ✅
I just taught Lift and Sculpt Full Body at @sass_sculptandsweatstudio and reminded the ladies that the extra carbs from the weekend was fuel for their workout ⛽️
Ladies those extra carbs you ate is glycogen stored in your muscles, not instant body fat, which is why the scale may have gone up this morning. It doesn’t mean you out on weight over the weekend 🙌🏽
Extra glycogen means👇🏽
✅ better training performance
✅ more strength in your workouts and lifts
✅ higher energy output
Ladies instead of punishing yourself with endless cardio and skipping meals use the weekend indulgence to push harder, lift more weights and create a stronger body 🙌🏽
Stop over complicating it!
Easter weekend will not ruin your progress, staying off track and restricting will!
Back on track starts TODAY and not next week, or the week after that!
