When we massage employees onsite, most people think it's just a 10-minute quick rub and back to work you go. It’s so much more than this.
The assessment starts as soon as the employee/client walks into the room. Even before we introduce ourselves, we often have an idea of what is going on with their body. Purely by their posture and the way they walk, we get our first indication of what that person needs.
We can tell if shoulders are forward, backs have a deep arch, or if hips are out of balance, all without speaking a word.
A Body to Mind Experience.
After a short consultation to find out the details of any conditions or discomfort, we begin our work. During the treatment, the client experiences a "body to mind" connection. We work quickly where problems with posture are affecting the balance of the entire body, from tight shoulders to a vulnerable lower back.
Everyone’s body is different, and for a huge variety of reasons:
Laptop work
Manual work
Lifting small children
Driving long distances
Sleeping positions & exercising
These are just a few of the reasons our posture becomes unbalanced, resulting in muscular and skeletal dysfunctions.

After the massage ends, our therapists give practical advice on how to make small changes in everyday life. We want to help our clients help themselves.
