Nutley Edge with its 13 cottages is ideal for a large family/friends get together . All the cottages are tucked neatly at the top of the site with 11 acres of woodland and paddocks to explore, we also have our very own Winnie the pooh bridge in our bottom woodland.
We are situated on the edge of Ashdown Forest surrounded by beautiful countryside, cosy family run pubs, only 5 miles form the town of Uckfield and 40 minutes from the coastline incorporating Eastbourne and Brighton. There are several National trust properties within 35 minute drive and plenty of day activities for the kids such as Drusilla's Zoo and Knockhatch.

Our Old Farmhouse dates back to the 17th century and is a beautiful mix of the traditional and contemporary. While you will be delighted by the original exposed brickwork and inglenook fireplace with log burner, you can also enjoy the large modern kitchen, and bright and airy bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. There is also a 52-inch SMART TV with DVD for a quiet night in. There is parking available in front of the Farmhouse, with wonderful views across the surrounding forest. The Farmhouse can be hired as a self-contained, self-catering holiday accommodation or as a function space for events, family parties or group bookings.
