As a neurodivergent queer woman, I have found a community within EPIC where I feel a sense of belonging and acceptance for who I am. I’ve formed many strong friendships through EPIC. This has been a space where I have been able to pursue my passion for performing arts and I’ve learned and grown so much as a person both creatively and emotionally. I know this is a month late, but thank you for all the birthday wishes! I’ve honestly been struggling with severe anxiety and depression, processing trauma, and chronic pain which is why I haven’t been very active lately.
Our favorite Princess of Transit - Pari Kim, who starred in Love on the Spectrum, season 3 - was honored as an Icon of West Hollywood Pride and road on a float in the parade with her girlfriend Tina and her sister Teal. We are so grateful she joined us to bring more representation to a broader spectrum of queer identities. Pari’s passion for trains and public transportation is totally infectious and a joy to see - we need that energy as West Hollywood continues to rally for the Metro Northern K Line extension! 🚊🚃🌈💖
