@ppgrefinish candy green toner with some @painthuffermetalflake Money Shot pearl mixed in over Coarse Aluminum base, hand pinstriped flames and sealed it all up with that slick VC5700.
Also painted up 2 front fenders since Bernie was undecided on the which style he wanted

Here it is folks! The Dirty Biker edition Nacelle for your 35 and 39mm front ends.
@dirtybiker came up with the idea of adding a windshield to my nacelles which turned out killer!
Josh did all the R&D, forming, shaping etc on these rad, tinted windshields.
I came up with a simple mounting system and now they are ready to rip!

Somewhere between a nacelle and a fairing.
Tyler Elliott over at @te_customs has been making these sheet metal nacelles for a while now. Built in line with the original aluminum iron head nacelle. All hand made, one by one out of steel instead.
But every time I looked at one, I kept picturing something else.
A windscreen.
Not a big touring fairing… just enough Lexan up top to pull a little of that club style silhouette into the old-school nacelle look.
So we mocked it up and started shaping.
A few bends, a few holes, a little trimming until it looked like it had always belonged there. The kind of piece that doesn’t scream for attention — but once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
Old world metal.
A little club influence.
Still very much chopper.
If you’re into it, @te_customs will be offering these for sale in 39mm as well as 35mm. Don’t sleep on it, these won’t last long.

Inner primary mount for the Greaseslapper!
Had some leftover Channel from the sissy pole and figured, why not incorporate into a trick Inner primary mount.
No instructions on mounting these Tin Inner primarys on a cone Shovel which leaves the door open for some creative mounting ideas!

Don's 1965 "Dirt Slingin Deere" John Deere pulling tractor is out and rippin!
These pullin boys dont mess around!
Lettering, pinstriping, buried in @ppgrefinish vc5700, cut and buffed to a mirror finish!
I also painted a killer matching JD helmet for Don (check a few posts back) to match the DSD!
