🗣️NEW🗣️ Introducing the ⛓️‍💥INFILTRATOR FRAME⛓️‍💥 Finally got around to offering what I like in a traditional straight leg style chopper frame. Simple and tough. @chopperchug was gracious enough to make his new bike the first one (mock up pictured). I got into making frames because nice stock frames have become priced out of the average garage dude’s budget and cheap ones are hammered beyond the point of even fucking with. There’s options for an aftermarket frame but many never seem to hit the mark on looks or quality for me, so here’s my version! Of course I can fry it how ever you like but the base specs are 3” up and similar length, axel height of a stock panhead straight leg frame we all love. The full specs and details are listed on the link in on my profile. Let me know what you think!

🔥NEW PRODUCT🔥 Fender strut kit for INTRUDER or INFILTRATOR frames (should work for any HD hardtail frame as well) Here’s a simple run down how to mount them. Tried and true design I’ve used on a couple personal bikes. Simple, no bends and strong. Relatively easy to install for a garage shop. Comes with mounts, bungs and stainless allan bolts. Let me know if you have any questions! Pre-order link in bio, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment. 🙏🏻

Finally getting started on the new @deathtrapsmc bike. 6” over carbon fiber tubes from @customcycleengineering . “Infiltrator” frame by @benjeff . Blacked out mags. Frisco stance with a different agenda— performance motor, performance brakes. Built to run, not just look the part. We may ride old iron… but we don’t ride it slow. Front of the pack. Every time.

Finally came up with a solution I like to tie all these tubes together. A work in progress but these little parts will get plated in, metal finished and the seat post area will look forged that way. I wish I could 3D scan and computer model it all but I just suffer using my imagination. We got light at the end of the tunnel now tho! Up next the front motor mount in the same fashion. @chvrch bike project gonna be one for the books! Thanks for the trust and patience Jeff 🫡

Tech tip: Today I’m working with oddball 1-3/8”OD tubing and need to put a 45 degree bend in. In a pinch you can use a slightly larger die with this old sand trick. All I have is 1-1/2” die, the first example is what it looks like running it straight through the oversized die, just puts a kinked up smashed bend that looks terrible. The idea with the sand is to reduce the smashed look, the pressure of the sand keeps it more uniform. If it still comes out a little smashed even with the sand, over bend the tube by a few degrees and put it in your press. When you press the smash out periodically check it until it spreads out back on the desired bend angle. Dirty and not ideal but definitely worth the work if you don’t want to buy an expensive die you’ll likely never use again!
