2. Fucking. Pins.
Feels a pretty surreal thing to write.
For a long time, this was only ever something that started with “imagine if…” or “what if…”. Conversations we’d have late at night when tbc* was still just an idea we were throwing around.
To now find ourselves recognised alongside some of the best bars in the world bars we’ve admired, learned from and looked up to for years is difficult to put into words.
This is entirely a team effort. Nine people, grafting every day to make tbc* what it is, and to make sure the standards, hospitality and soul of the place are felt in every service.
A sincere thank you to @thepinnacleguide for the recognition, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who has supported, visited, championed and followed us from near or far since day one.
We don’t take any of it lightly.

Good news / bad news time regarding our Over the bar top with @ChefsTable .
First, the update: due to an incredibly busy season for the team at chefs table (including a very exciting new bakery project! ), we’ve decided to move our event date to Tuesday the 2nd of June. We want to make sure this night is nothing short of perfect, and this move gives us the breathing room to do just that.
Now, for the really good news...
Thanks to some amazing support from our local spirits partner, we’ve been able to drop the ticket price. Same concept, same energy, same level of detail—now just £60 per person.
Because of the date shift, a handful of tickets have just been released. If you missed out the first time, this is your sign.
