To our guests who keep showing up, believing in us and filling this bar with life: this is as much yours as it is ours ♥️🍸
May 12.
A bit unreal to say this out loud but we’re hosting Alex Kratena of Tayēr + Elementary at Tavern.
One of the bars that genuinely changed the way modern cocktail culture looks, tastes and feels.
From Elementary’s stripped-back classics to Tayēr’s ingredient-driven approach and obsessive simplicity, their work has inspired an entire generation of bars around the world, including us.
A dream come true, honestly.
See you on Tuesday night.

The Tower Zinger had no business being as good as it was. KFC stacked a hash brown under fried chicken sometime in the early 2000s and quietly discontinued it before anyone could make a proper case for keeping it. That’s usually how it goes with the ones worth remembering.
Ours starts with the same logic — fried chicken, hash brown, no apology — then goes somewhere else. Isot honey glaze for heat that builds slowly. American cheese, because some decisions aren’t meant to be overthought. Lettuce and mayo to close it out properly.
It’s been on the menu for a while now. People keep ordering it. We’re not surprised.
We recently had the pleasure of providing bar services at Art Show: Galleries Gathering. Cocktails flowing, people gathering, art all around.
Tavern can be part of your next moment too. From exhibitions to weddings, celebrations and everything in between.
We’re always happy to be there.

,,The ache for home lives in all of us, the safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned. It is the place where we remember who we are, and where we gather with those who matter to us. In those moments of gathering, we are reminded that love and belonging are what give our lives meaning.”
