📝 LET ME EXPLAIN…
I am tired of travelling, at least in the way that I’ve been doing it.
I’ve spent the better part of my early/mid twenties travelling more or less full time and I wouldn’t trade it for the world BUT I am starting to outgrow this lifestyle.
I used to love the excitement that came with being on the move but over time I’ve started to crave the stability that comes with being in one place.
I’ve struggled to have any consistency in my routine, friendships, diet, etc. and it has started to take a toll on me, both physically and mentally.
🫣 SOOOO I’ve decided it’s time to pick a place and stay for a while. The only problem is I don’t know where that place is yet so right now I’m in the weird “IN BETWEEN” stage of life.
I know what I’ve OUTGROWN, but I don’t quite know what I’m heading TOWARDS next and I’m figuring it out day by day.

Let’s talk backpacks! 🎒
If I had to buy my first backpack over again these would be the 4 that I would personally decide between.
I personally own both @ospreypacks that I listed. I first bought the Fairview 40L in 2022 before I moved to France and it’s still something I use regularly 4 years later!
In 2023 I also bought the Fairview 70L because I was going in some trips where flying was minimal and therefore didn’t need my bag to be carryon sized (AKA I could pack more).
The @cotopaxi Allpa 35L is one that I’ve seen a lot and admittedly I’m always a little envious of those who have it because the colours are just so fun! 😋
Finally, the @gregorypacks 60L Deva is perfect if you’re wanting a backpack that is better for hiking trips. It’s a brand I don’t see as often but everyone that I know who has one speaks very highly of them!
* @ospreypacks also has some great hiking backpacks but I don’t want to ONLY suggest Osprey bags for this entire post.
