There is a part of the unknown that always brings a certain discomfort, not because it is necessarily dangerous, but because it has not yet been understood or named by you. Anything without shape in our minds tends to feel larger than it really is.
But it is precisely in that space between what you already understand and what you still cannot explain that a quiet capacity for adaptation lives. At first, it feels strange, sometimes even frightening, but over time what was uncertainty becomes learning, and what once seemed distant turns into just another step you’ve already walked through.
The world always felt distant while I was busy chasing my responsibilities.

This week is all about slowing down and reconnecting with nature - we’ve planned an itinerary which includes morning yoga sessions, ceramics classes, homemade Italian food, hiking and swimming in Abruzzo national park, with lots of downtime for relaxing and socialising with a group of likeminded gals! All you need to do is secure your place, as we have limited spots left🤞

You don’t need a lot of money to create beautiful memories. Sometimes a game night, taking random pictures, talking for hours, or simply spending time together becomes one of the best kinds of plans.
Some moments are remembered because of the vibe and the company, not because of how much was spent.

Volunteering in Thailand was so much more than just traveling on a budget, it was about meeting people from all over the world, diving into a completely different culture, and collecting memories I’ll carry forever.
