It was a dual celebration on the 10th of April 2025. The 75th Birthday of Chief Jide Taiwo ~ a renowned Nigerian estate surveyor and valuer, best known for founding Jide Taiwo & Co. And the 45th Anniversary of Jide Taiwo & Co. We were hired to plan and manage these significant milestones. For the decor, we went with a green palette incorporating a hint of red (brand color of the company). We beautifully blended East meets West elements. Our traditional decor designed and executed by @theweddingguruu team was infused with Nigerian and Tanzanian influences, featuring a vibrant color palette of orange, greens, and burgundy. With less than 9 hours to transform the Eko Convention Center, our team collaborated with the @524events team to achieve an incredible feat. We converted the venue from a 2,500-theater seating setup to a 2,500-banquet seating arrangement, complete with a new backdrop. Despite the tight deadline, we ensured everything was completed on time, allowing us to welcome guests to the funeral reception of Mrs. Gbemisola Olowolafe. Nneoma & Nduka’s traditional Igbo wedding decor was breathtakingly beautiful. We chose a palette of burgundy and greens to showcase the vibrant Igbo culture, which is renowned for its rich colors. The exterior entry facade set the tone with burgundy accents and the couple’s monogram in gold. Inside, we transformed the by covering the walls with lush greenery, burgundy custom wallpaper. The couple’s backdrop was a showstopper – a unique, non-traditional design that added an extra layer of elegance to the celebration. To further enhance the sophistication of the decor, we suspended 15 stunning chandeliers from the ceiling, casting a warm, luxurious glow over the entire venue. The BTG team, our talented decorators, did an exceptional job bringing Nneoma & Nduka’s vision to life. We collaborated closely on a design mood board concept that perfectly captured the couple’s style, and the end result was nothing short of spectacular. Enjoy!
