We would like to kindly bring to your attention an important venue guideline regarding our air conditioning system.
To ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all guests, we will no longer be able to permit any decorations or installations that cover or obstruct the air conditioning vents within the hall. Proper airflow is essential in maintaining a pleasant temperature, ensuring adequate ventilation, and providing a comfortable environment—particularly during large gatherings. When vents are blocked, it can lead to poor air circulation, increased heat, and discomfort for guests, which has unfortunately been experienced in the past.
We understand the importance of aesthetics in event design, and we are more than happy to work collaboratively with you to achieve beautiful setups that also respect the functionality of the venue. Our team is always available to guide and support you in planning layouts that align with both your creative vision and our operational requirements.
