I took @amodamas Ballet Dun/Performance Dun class at @kaloumdjembe conference and you know I had good time!
Duns ballet style for a performance with intros and breaks playing for dancers is when I enter my zone! So there was no way I could contain my energy in this class!
This was the last time running through what we learned so of course I wanted to show off a little bit lol.

This was Monday's workout, it took me out until Friday.
Then Friday's circuit had me all the way whooped but I know it has my summer thighs with curves of definition loading...lets goooo!!!

I saw this mobility challenge and decided to give it a try today. Mind you today was leg day but I still got it done!
Losing mobility is my biggest concern when it comes to aging. You don't use it you will loose it so trying to make sure everything stays working!
While participants made thier own shakers me & @ada_boyla introduced the Department of Mental Health workers and peer specialists to the sounds of the Tama during the @projectknucklehead workshop today.
Monday mornings I challenge myself physically in hopes the rest of the week is cake in comparison.
The goal is 2 days in the gym a week, tomorrow I'm knocking out day 2.
Just some motivation for you to do the same.
