He works in mysterious ways 🙏🏾🙌🏾🤣😂 Wish it was that easy 😬🤣 If you’re really struggling with belly fat you’ve stumbled on the right post. 👀👀 Most of our clients, who lost a large amount of belly fat…loss a large amount of fat overall. The truth is, you can’t spot reduce fat. 🤷🏾‍♂️ But there’s a lot we can do! 💪🏾🔥 Most people I talk to, aren’t that far away from achieving their dream bodies. 🤔 They just need somebody to check ‘em when they start straying away 😂🤣JK but no really lol Check Ins are a softer way to put it lol But over time that switch goes off. And just like that, THEY GOT IT! 🤷🏾‍♂️💪🏾💯 Yep that’s it. Most ppl need to involve someone outside of themselves…provides a level of accountability to speed the process and progress up! TOTAL BODY WORK 💨🔥 10 reps each: • RDLs • Cleans • Squat Press • Bent Over Rows Then finish with: • Power Clean → Squat Press x6 30 sec work / 30 sec rest 6 rounds if you’re ready. 3 rounds if you’re just getting started. Use light weight, use the bar only, or load it up depending on your level. The goal is to MOVE. 🫡 Save this workout & try it later with a friend. Tag me if you run this circuit 👀🔥

Hey what can I say. I’m guilty 😬🤣 Once you start to know how many calories you burn and track how many you take in…the process gets easier. Movement is your secret weapon. Start with a walk…get back to you…start loving on yourself through movement 🫶🏾🙏🏾💪🏾
