whenever i’m in a cold, grey, “nothing matters” season (april), i remember the pattern has literally never failed me. winter always turns into spring. always.
spring is in full bloom. can’t wait for summer 🌞
Got to attend a Paint & Sip as a guest instead of a coordinator for once. I have to admit, I much prefer being a guest ☺️

I don’t like to talk about healing like it has a finish line.
Needless to say, the past few years have certainly been a slow but steady independent assignment.
Understanding is fast. Change is slow.
Your brain can grasp something in a moment, but your nervous system takes longer to catch up. That’s why old patterns stick around even when you “know better.”
Give yourself grace. Then keep at it til it sticks.

Part 2 has finally arrived. That took a minute 😅
They’re off to a promising start… until someone interprets the first clue as “hippie mumbo jumbo” and another suggests “curry calculations.”
At this point, the strategy may already be in trouble. 👀
