Headed along to the launch of @trinnylondon ’s new Lip Reset Kit and honestly came away genuinely excited about a lip product!

Yesterday we held something really special.
The Mother Reset Retreat came to life and it surpassed everything we hoped it would be.
When we set out to create this day, we had one intention above everything else: to give mothers a space to exhale. Not to be taught. Not to be fixed. Just to be held, nourished, and reminded of who they are beneath the noise of everyday life.
We moved through the morning slowly — grounding, breathing, coming back into our bodies. We sat around the table together and ate food that was made with real care by @nourishthefourth , for the specific season of life we’re in. We talked about what’s actually happening inside our bodies postnatally with @katdandrea — the depletion, the hormones, the identity shift — and gave it language and validation.
@bodyprayeruk guided us through movement and breathwork that felt less like exercise and more like coming home to your body.
During the afternoon free time whilst we enjoyed the sunshine by the pool, women slipped away for reflexology and lymphatic drainage facials with Vanessa and @juliekearnsnaturaltherapies — treatments chosen intentionally, because a mother's body deserves that level of care and attention.
We journalled. We were still. We let things land and we reflected. And then we looked around this space...
A group of women who had arrived as strangers and left as something more. That quiet kind of bond that forms when women are truly seen together — it’s unlike anything else.
We are so proud of this day. Of what @katdandrea , @nourishthefourth and I built. Of every woman who showed up for herself. Of what happens when mothers are finally put at the centre.
This is just the beginning.
