#FiveFitsWith: Yuhei Yamamoto.
Yamamoto-san was fascinated by American and French cinema and jazz as a child. But while in art school in the ‘80s, he started to get worried that styles he adored would die out before he could wear them.
That inspired him to start Tailor Caid, his elegant, Ivy-leaning tailoring business, in 2001. The next year, the tailor shop opened its doors to immediate clients and acclaim.
At the link in our bio, Yamamoto-san tells @c.fenimore about his very first client, his favorite brands besides of his own, and the one outfit he’d wear for the rest of his life.
