On Thursday, May 28, we’re bringing together Cajun + Norteño music for one big joyful dance party featuring Les Taiauts @taiauts and Odi Norteño @odinorteno — a Bronx-based band we randomly discovered busking in the subway and immediately fell in love with. 🚇💃
We’ll kick things off with a beginner-friendly Cajun dance lesson at 7:30, dance all night to swampy two-steps and heartbreaking waltzes from Les Taiauts, then switch gears with a Norteño dance lesson before Odi Norteño takes over with their electrifying subway-forged sound. And yes… there may be some crossover magic before the night is through ✨

As always @taiauts will kick things off with a Cajun dance set, followed by the Honky Tonk Angels with classic country + live band karaoke, plus @axis.granted leading line dancing!!
