Smoked beef short rib; most people's dish of the day, and so popular that it pretty soon was only available as part of the sharing BBQ tray. Perfectly cooked, with a spice rub from TC

Quesabirria Volcan - a crispy tostada with smoked beef birria. On the menu as a 'small', but pretty epic 😍

& The Del Mysterio Doughnut - a twist on FTA's Del Piero bun, but with TC's cochinita pork in a sugared doughnut. Another 'small', but also magnificent!

You can't get this collab any more, but you can enjoy both TC & FTA's food regularly (& we all should!)
