Hands. People. So many hands have touched this croissant to create this beautiful, magical piece of happiness. From the cows being milked to the process of making butter and turning it into butter blocks. The hands picking and drying the cacao beans to be made into the most beautiful Ecuadorian chocolate Iâve ever tasted. From growing the grain to picking it, milling the flour, packing it, shippingďżź it, mixing and shaping the dough, laminating it to create dozens and dozens of perfectly even layers of butter and dough, and finally baking it. Countless people have touched these croissants! All from different parts of the country and the world. Speaking different languages and having different beliefs, yet all working together to create food. Food is love. Food is community. We are better together, stronger togetherânever give up. đ¤
