The Story:
We’ve been invited to the rare and prestigious Platinum Masquerade Ball, held once every 20 years in honor of Bahamut and hosted by powerful metallic dragons. Only the most accomplished individuals across the realms receive an invitation—but while the event promises grandeur and celebration, something feels… off. Beneath the elegance, a challenge awaits those ready to navigate the pressure behind the masks.
My Experience:
An incredible opportunity. As a D&D fan playing weekly with the same group for over 3 years, it was an unforgettable chance to be at Rain’s table with such a great group of players. We found a perfect balance between roleplay, combat, and detective work—and of course, the classic “splitting the party” moment led straight into chaos.
Rain is an amazing DM, making sure both the players and himself are having a great time. We were all in contact 1 week before the event to go over Rain’s Safety tool to define everyone personal boundaries. I really appreciated this initiative. We introduced our characters prior and Rain was really available if we had any questions.
I can only hope that @haustierevents brings back something like this and gathers even more D&D fans together.

I was honoured to have been invited the host dnd games this weekend for the Paws and Claws Charity Fantasy Ball in Kitchener Ontario 🇨🇦
This intimate experience went all out featuring a special VIP dinner with amazing food, brilliant violin performances from @brigitfiddle spectacular cosplayer actors from all our fav fandoms and a wild dance party with amazing outfits and a dnd market stall by @chaotic_studios_ 💫
All while I got to host dnd games with @timm.woods@tabletimerain and hang out with followers of the channel! 😭 anyone who came up to say hi and chat dnd with me you were all wonderful! 🫶🏻
