In true small business ownership fashion, I spent two days scrubbing my new NYC storefront in the East Village.
I was covered in paint and chemicals, needed a box of bandaids and cried 3x, but it’s projects like this that make every sandwich I make and feed to you that much more special.

🥪 @tablemercato lives up to all the hype. After months, maybe even years of waiting, my friend and I finally tried this place and were blown away by everything!
The atmosphere of the small shop, the flavor and freshness of every ingredient, and the sheer size of the sandwiches made it worth the wait.
The sandwiches are massive and could honestly feed 4 people, stacked high with fresh ingredients and serious flavor.
I was ready to explode from how full I was, but I kept going back for another bite of the vodka parmesan because it was that good.

What a weekend @tablemercato ! We are proud to say things were ALMOST flawless. We fell behind on Sunday for about an hour but other than that, smooth sailing.
We smashed our daily sandwich RECORD all three days, Friday thru Sunday, with little stress… just the typical food industry woes (if you know, you know).
As always, we are extremely grateful, appreciative, humbled and blessed. And we thank you. ❤️
