Since then sheâs grown with us, led with dedication, cooked at the @beardfoundation house, represented us at @chswineandfood , helped guide our Table & Aid efforts during COVID, and become one of the most trusted people in the R.O. Hospitality family.
After welcoming two children đ§đťđśđť, Jess stepped back from daily kitchen operations and now brings that same care, experience, and steadiness to our front-of-house team two days a week.
