𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐀 𝐱 𝐋𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬 are pleased to announce their collaboration with chefs 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐌𝐜𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐤 and 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨 for the first edition of 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐀 𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐁 dinner series, hosted at Villa Huit on May 22nd & 23rd. Born in Sweden and raised across Southeast Asia, Richard McCormick built his path between global food cultures, the creative restaurant scene of Helsinki, and now Marrakech, where he leads the kitchen at 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐒 with a fire-led, produce-driven approach rooted in North African and Mediterranean flavors. Alongside him, Marco Antonio Portuguese and based in Morocco for the past six years, joined the project with a shared desire to create a dinner experience that feels generous, contemporary and distinctly of the moment. For this occasion, they will curate a special multi-course menu for CASA CENA CLUB, focusing on rich flavors, seasonal products and bold colors. CASA CENA CLUB I Édition 01 Béton brut, carreaux en damier, touches de rose fuchsia et d'orange brûlé. Villa Huit, à Bouskoura, est une maison qui ne ressemble à aucune autre. C'est là que se tiendra la première édition du Casa Cena Club, imaginée par Tabla Collective x Les Rencontres, avec Maisons du Maroc en partenaire éditorial. DÎNER SURREALISTE RITANOSKO à l’occasion de la sortie de mon carré de soie 🌀 Mes peintures et sculptures habitaient la pièce comme des témoins silencieux. Les Noskos, mes figures d’argile, se tenaient là, immobiles, comme les gardiens d’une mémoire ancienne, veillant sur vingt présences réunies autour d’une même table. Une table éclairée à la flamme. Des drapés en mouvement. Des fragments d’un monde en train d’apparaître. Quelque part entre théâtre et souvenir, quelque chose d’invisible s’est partagé. LE DÎNER SURRÉALISTE DE RITANOSKO For one evening, the gallery turned into a blue world. Imagined to celebrate the launch of Rita Hassan Jawhari’s new silk carré, this immersive dinner brought together art, scenography and gastronomy in a setting suspended somewhere between theatre, ritual and dream. Bathed in shades of blue for the occasion, the space also presented Rita’s paintings and sculptures, including the Noskos, her clay figures, quietly watching over a long table of twenty guests. A long candlelit table. Blue drapery. Paintings watching over the room. And a shared moment unfolding inside Rita’s surreal universe. When we opened Transmission in February, we asked a question without quite naming it: what does it mean to pass something on? Saturday night answered it. Two sensorial tables conceived by @tabla.collective and @thesoulspoonbylaetitia . A menu created in the same spirit as the studio and the works themselves: that the most meaningful things are made together, slowly, with intention. The exhibition dissolved into lived experience, and that felt like the only honest ending. The table, like the loom, is where stories are made together. Where what’s been carried is set down, shared, and passed forward again. For our studio, the night held a quieter, deeper meaning. Sana believed the most important things happen in the space between people. Saturday reminded us why we continue. LA TAVOLA DEL RAMADAN Last Friday we gathered around the table for the first evening of La Tavola del Ramadan at Riad Romeo, an intimate ftour experience imagined like a dialogue between Italy and Morocco. In the heart of the Marrakech medina, guests shared a long convivial table, breaking the fast together before exploring a menu crafted by Chef Lara Aragno. An interpretation of Moroccan ftour through the structure of an Italian dinner. Moroccan spices and seasonal ingredients woven into timeless Italian classics, paired with signature beverages. MATTER became flavor. PROCESS became gesture. For four nights in Marrakech, in the unique setting of @moroccanculinaryartmuseum , the table revealed a space of transformation. Through a six-course menu, guest chef @christbikouedi explored the relationship between product, movement and memory, drawing from Moroccan terroir and weaving it with influences shaped by travels and experiences across the globe. Rooted in the land. Inspired by the sea. Driven by spices, colors and depth. Techniques refined through years of movement, from Africa to Europe to Asia, meeting ingredients from different cultures. Each course unfolded with precision and restraint, allowing textures, heat and acidity to speak for themselves. This menu was about intention, honoring raw material and the gestures that transform it. A culinary experience shaped by craft, beautifully captured by the eye of @bichetteetsacocotte 📷.

MATTER & PROCESS For the first time in Marrakech, a five-day culinary pop-up came to life at the Moroccan Culinary Art Museum. This 19th century palace, where experience became reality, under the creative direction of @dinner.collection & @tabla.collective , hosted by @darsociety . We imagined a reflection around the artistic process of three materials: leather, copper, and wool. Exploring their transformation, their texture, their story. With a scenography realised by @entre___parentheses and floral design by @kobea.studio , the theme was interpreted into a delicate immersion, translating matter into space. Heritage into a contemporary experience. Moroccan artist @nichnichen , whose work revolves around carpet weaving and craftsmanship, embodied the quintessence of this dialogue creating a bridge between handicraft and contemporary art.
