HAPPY TEACHERāS DAY š¤
Many may not know this, but Iāve always wanted to share it. Today represents the moment that first inspired the journey behind what I do today.
My journey in community service began in 2022, working with my family to support underprivileged children through temple-based initiatives. What started as simple acts of giving gradually grew into structured, impact-driven projects focused on education, empowerment, and accessibility.
In 2023, I expanded into environmental and experiential learning through initiatives such as tree planting with rural schools in Perak, marking my first experience in outreach beyond my city. From 2024 onwards, my work deepened into education-focused programs, including workshops for orphanages, disabled children, painting and sensory learning activities, and school supply drives in Kedah that combined teaching, emotional support, and cultural connection.
In 2025, I led larger-scale initiatives such as Project Lestari Laut, Project Cahaya, Orang Asli village outreach, educational zoo trips with fundraising efforts, and planned a BWAP Tour in Sabah for the year 2026. These projects involved collaboration with diverse communities, including hospital-based schools, flood-affected areas, and remote villages, while working alongside dedicated volunteers to expand impact.
In 2026, I officially launched a digital platform for
@be.the.change_my , registered under ROS as *Pertubuhan Suara Perubahan Insan Murni*, to broaden volunteer access and strengthen community engagement.
Today, this journey has naturally evolved into my role as a teacher, where I continue to apply these experiences in nurturing students, fostering empathy, and building meaningful connections through education. And I hope to continue this journey, beyond being a teacher, as someone who lives by the essence of Miss World, a Beauty with a Purpose.
