Chef @ria_paz Maryland soft shell crab bao takes everything you love about a classic soft shell sandwich and gives it a DC twist. A crispy Old Bay fried soft shell layered onto a housemade bao bun with kicky comeback sauce and a 24-hour pickled carrot and kohlrabi slaw that hits salty, sour, and sweet all at once.
