Still smiling after this one 💓 A big thank you @jolyne_cave for the invitation, and honestly to everyone who made this pop-up such a good time. Turns out things work very well when everyone is incredibly good at what they do. Special thanks to @frk_flux for being everywhere at once and making everything run so smoothly. Thanks to @doubledragon_paris for the space, the kitchen, and for making all the prep possible. @chrystaaljade , thank you for being my extra hands, extra eyes, and calm energy through it all. @valentinelupi , strongest front of house energy of the night thank you for your professionalism and for making everything feel instantly better. And of course, my talented friends @ninihuli made possibly the cutest poster in Paris, and @honyforest @honeyflavoredtee made me a chef t-shirt so pretty I almost forgot to cook If you need beautiful things, honestly, talk to them. And thank you to everyone who came hungry, stayed, drank, and made the evening what it was 💛 See you next time

Well, That happened. The room was full. The kitchen was hot. Plates moved fast. And somehow, it all felt easy. We burned exactly how it should people around a table, laughing over good food staying longer than planned. Two Taiwanese chefs. @yen._chen & @ta___vi A lot of last-minute decisions. Thank you for showing up. For trusting us. For coming hungry. To the team at @letincelle_amelot thank you for the work behind the scenes and for opening your doors to us again. Together, we created another warm, successful night. And a very special thank you to my dear husband @kamyukami our most reliable assistant of the event. He handled 6 kilos of kimchi. And far more than that. You don’t see everything that happens behind the scenes. But I do. Couldn’t have done this without you. To dear @liren_shih and the crew you made it look calm. It was not calm. We’ll do it again. Maybe after more sleep. Thanks for all the beautiful photos by @_serviceservice_ & lovely friends
