Yet, I still love you. Pre-cat, my life was pretty self serving. Especially during COVID. A connection to something, someone was all we needed. We're pack animals, we can't live in isolation forever. Maybe a family of my own was what I needed. And two years ago, in some random parking lot in San Leandro, you appeared. There was all the uneasy challenges that came with being a first time pet parent, but once you figure out what their true personalities are and what they really need it gets easier.
