Practical Completion Achieved!
We’re proud to announce the practical completion of Victoria Tower Adelaide, delivered ahead of schedule.
From the early days on site to the final handover, this project has been driven by teamwork, precision, and passion. Construction kicked off on site in July 2023, with the team successfully delivering the final build in September 2025, marking the completion of an exciting two-year journey from concept to reality.
Delivering 3 months ahead of schedule is a true testament to the dedication of everyone involved, our SYNERGY project team, subcontractors, consultants, and clients who worked together to bring this landmark development to life.

Although time has quickly passed since the completion of our Norwood Mixed Development project, we're thrilled to share some recent photos that capture our work. The project was delivered on time and on budget under challenging circumstances, including COVID and extreme subcontractor and supply chain constraints.
Y Suites on Frome - Project Update
Strong momentum on site at 188 Grenfell Street as structure, façade, and fitout advance in seamless sequence. The team are having another busy day on site with the Level 10 slab pour; this will take the build beyond the one-third mark, with the core already progressing ahead to Levels 13–14.
Perimeter screens have lifted to reveal the first window wall panels, including the bronze feature corner, while internal works are now underway with prefabricated bathroom pods being installed across accommodation floors.
The introduction of prefabricated pods is already delivering intended program efficiencies, accelerating installation, improving quality and safety, and reducing on-site congestion.
A strong result so far and a testament to the hard work and coordination of the project team, our trades, consultants, and delivery partners.
Project Announcement - Franklin Tower
We are excited to announce our next high-rise project at 108 Franklin Street, Adelaide.
We were proud to mark an exciting milestone this week as we took part in the traditional sod-turning ceremony for Franklin Tower. This significant event symbolises the official commencement of construction, celebrating the transition from vision to reality and setting the foundation for a transformative addition to the city’s skyline.
Spanning an impressive 2,200m² site, this landmark two-tower development will feature a 24-storey apartment building with 227 residences, ground-floor retail, and integrated parking, alongside a 25-storey student accommodation tower offering 572 rooms and premium communal amenities. Rising to 85.5 metres with a total GFA of 43,092m², the project will make a significant contribution to the skyline of Adelaide’s CBD, as well as the lifestyles of future residents and students.

Project Update - Little National Hotel Adelaide
Our tower crane officially began its climb down on Friday morning and after a busy three days, the team wrapped up dismantling by Sunday evening. The process called for a 400T mobile crane and some serious coordination, with extensive traffic management in place along the always-busy North Terrace to keep everything moving safely.
With the crane now packed up and on its way, the full curtain wall façade for the hotel has finally been revealed, and we have to say, it’s looking pretty sharp.
Always a proud and slightly bittersweet moment when the crane that’s been part of the skyline for so long takes its final bow.
On to the next phase for Little National Hotel Adelaide.

Jumpform Install at 188 Grenfell Street
Exciting progress at 188 Grenfell Street, with the jumpform system now fully installed and ready to take the structure to the next steps. This installation is officially our largest jumpform to date.
The scale of this system provides greater coverage, efficiency, and safety as we progress through the core structure. Jumpforms are crucial in high-rise construction as they ensure:
- Improved Productivity: Speeds up core construction through repeatable cycles.
- Enhanced Safety: Creates a safer, enclosed environment for teams working at height.
- Reduced Crane Reliance: Minimises crane time, increasing overall site efficiency.
- Consistency & Quality: Supports high-quality, consistent structural outcomes.
A great milestone for the project team as momentum continues to build onsite.
Project Milestone – The Little National Hotel
We’re proud to announce the topping out of The Little National Hotel, a key milestone that signifies the completion of the building’s structure, reached under a year since SYNERGY began works on site.
Milestones like these offer a moment to pause and reflect on the collective effort behind them. We thank every team member, subcontractor, and consultants who contributed to this success.
Looking ahead, our focus remains on delivering the finishing stages of this exceptional project with the same care and dedication that have brought us here.
Things are moving fast at 188 Grenfell Street! Piling works are complete, footings are in progress, and the next phase of this landmark project is well underway.
The highlight? Our tower crane is now in place, a major milestone that marks the beginning of our vertical build. This crane will reach a final height of 100 metres.
From here, the skyline only gets better!
188 Grenfell Street – SYNERGY’s newest project in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD
We are excited to announce our next high-rise project at 188 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.
This 29-storey development represents a significant addition to the student accommodation sector, comprising 645 rooms across 20,200m². The building will feature high-quality amenities including a gym, cinema, communal kitchen, laundry facilities, yoga room, outdoor terrace paired with BBQ facilities, study areas, games and lounge areas.
