What a year it’s been at Syncronicity. From world tours to late nights in the studio refining the details, none of this would’ve been possible without the people we get to work alongside every day.
Huge thanks to the artists and their teams, MDs, and the incredible engineers who trusted us and helped push the Syncronicity mission forward this year—we’re endlessly grateful.
This is just the beginning. We’re excited to make new memories, take on new challenges, and keep building in 2026. Big things ahead—stay tuned.
Thank you to every artist we had the chance to work with and build alongside this year. We couldn’t have done it without the talent, care, and contributions of every engineer involved.
So many teams, so many late nights, and countless moments of collaboration that made 2025 what it was.
Grateful for the trust, proud of the work, and fired up for what’s next.
Some highlights from Dominic Fike’s latest shows 🌴
Dom is one of the biggest artists in the world. He’s been tearing through recent shows across the US with some of the best touring musicians around.
Special shout to his band lineup:
Guitar — Hayley Briasco @kimtee_kimtee
Guitar — Paul Castelluzzo @hether
Guitar — Waylon Dean @waylon.dean
Bass — Stu Brooks @stubassiebrooks
Drums — Madden Klass @maddenklass
And of course Syncronicity’s @killadaze_
Awesome to be part of something so raw and exciting.
Diljit Dosanjh lit up The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. An amazing performance that quickly took over the internet, blending music, culture, and a little bhangra on one of the world’s biggest stages.
Diljit is just beginning the North American leg of the “Aura World Tour”.
We’re proud to be part of projects that move like this, across continents, cultures, and stages.
Special shoutout to @jon__ for his work on this tour. It’s a blessing to have engineers from around the world be part of our team.
From Los Angeles to Mumbai, nights like this are a reminder of how far music travels.
We were at Coachella, squint close enough and you might catch us behind the scenes 🔎
This one’s about the people who made it happen: @ajae.io , @lucabatemarco , and @jtgagarin
Long days, constant problem-solving, and a lot of moving piece, but still finding time to step back and enjoy the music.
Being part of these moments, especially during such a big stretch for our artists, means a lot to us.
Grateful for the clients who keep us moving in the desert, year after year. 🌵🏜️
“Patience and Timing. Stage experience is a mixture of observation, being out of the way, and taking your moments at appropriate times. It’s a learning curve everyone has to go through. An addition of norms everyone appreciates in a pressure cooker.”

The start of summer in the desert at Coachella 2026 🌵
Three very different worlds in rotation — Zulan, Addison Rae, and Teddy Swims. Grateful to be part of an event that has become such a cultural moment, with viewership that rivals the Super Bowl. 🙌🏼
It takes a lot to bring these shows to life, especially at this scale, from playback and programming to rehearsals and real-time execution on stage. These are some of the most watched performances of the year, setting the tone for summer tours and festival runs ahead.
You might’ve caught a glimpse of the team in the mix — @ajae.io holding it down with Zulan, @lucabatemarco hard at work with Addison, and @jtgagarin riding with Teddy.
Proud to be in it across both weekends and can’t wait till next year ⏭️⚡️📢
Happy Coachella Day and all hands on deck. ⚓️☸️
Here’s some prep work as we geared up for Coachella over the last couple of weeks. Excited to work with Addison Rae, Teddy Swims, and Zulan this weekend.
Festival season is officially upon us. After Coachella we’ll continue our summer run with Pentatonix, HolyWatr, and Dominic Fike. Stay tuned y’all ☀️✌🏼🎤
A few moments later…
A little window into what a “lazy” day in the shop (or rehearsals) actually looks like: micro fixes, double checks, and keeping the machinery clean and dialed.
Love a tour highlight, but playback will always be about refining things behind the scenes.
A special, intimate run built around the release of HADES, created for some of Melanie Martinez most dedicated fans. We stitched together a few of our favorite moments from across the shows.
As MD for Melanie over the past several years, @ajae.io has worked closely with @cjbaran to build these shows, with CJ holding production credits for almost the whole the album and now heading the touring music department along with lots of help from @nicktprod . Syncronicity engineer @distoothpick has since taken the helm running the show on the road with the crew and is holding it down night after night.
From New York City to Mexico City to Los Angeles, the energy surrounding this project has been something else. 🧚🧚♀️🧚♂️
A look back at a few weeks ago with @killadaze_ supporting Jhené Aiko’s appearance at Jazz in the Gardens in Miami. From rehearsals to dialing in the rig and bringing it to life on stage, the show was delivered with focus and precision each step of the way.
Always great to be in that environment, and we’re looking forward to more later in the year 👀
