As if you needed proof.. a little transparency: the first few months of this year have been challenging to say the least. Going through life as a queer, black body & I say body because we all have that in common & I have truly been stripped of so many ways to do the thing, the thing being life.. TO LIVE. I’m so thankful for this because I’ve gained the opportunity to build upon my nakedness. Nonetheless, we BLESSED. I was going to delete this post but nah, vulnerability is necessary.
Celebrated my grandma 75th birthday this past weekend and we drank French 75s over dinner, got her an iPhone and several other gifts, and she gave me the hat I’m wearing. Heart is in the shape of a smile right now and forever 🤍
