This tart is, of course, not Valentine’s Day specific, but I do highly recommend you try it out one day! With French hints like a red onion base, and casually topped with cherry tomatoes and a rich creamy topping, this is too good to have just once a year.
I love to use @natoora tomatoes when I can find locally, but any decent flavoured tomatoes will do, even sliced beefsteak.
