Welcome to Power Month at Sweat DC where strength meets SPEED, control meets EXPLOSION, and effort turns into RESULTS. This month is about one thing: Producing force FAST. 💥 Here’s how we’re leveling up week by week: Week 1: Foundation of Power We build the base. Learn how to move with intent, control, and purpose. Strength + technique = your power starting point. Week 2: Build Power Now we turn it up. More speed, more force, more coordination. Your body starts to understand how to MOVE, not just lift. Week 3: Load & Explode We add resistance + velocity. Heavier, faster, sharper. This is where things start to feel DIFFERENT. Week 4: Explode Full expression. Maximum output. Fast, athletic, powerful movement. This is what we’ve been building for. This is performance training designed to improve your game. Introducing Semi-Private Training ⭐️ Now rolling at our H ST studio. This small-group format is capped at 6 clients per session, giving coaches more space to provide detailed feedback and individualized support while still keeping the community energy that defines SWEAT. Each session moves through three dedicated strength stations, designed to help you train with focus and intention. Current H ST Schedule: Monday — 6 PM Tuesday — 6 PM Wednesday — 7 AM Saturday — 8 AM Saturday — 9 AM Saturday — 10 AM Curious to try it? Use code SEMI and enjoy your first session on us.
