Superfine craft 🤝 Mellow vibes.
We’ve officially moved our pizza oven to Mellow so we can give the dough our undivided attention. If you’re new to our story, Superfine was where we pioneered our signature Contemporary Neapolitan style—and now we’re bringing that soul home to Mellow.
It’s all about the craft of sharing:
🍕 The Dough: Hand-stretched and leavened for 48 hours using the slow-cold poolish method for an airy, and aromatic crust.
🇮🇹 The Goods: We use only Italian flour and San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes from AVPN-approved suppliers in Napoli.
🤝 The Vibe: Each 10-inch pizza is cut into 8 slices—the perfect size to grab a few for the middle of the table.
Of course, it wouldn‘t be Mellow without a great bottle to pass around. Whether you’re here for a quick lunch or a long night of sharing slices and pours, we’re ready for you.

Today is the last day we get to dine in this amazing Australian inspired cafe where they serve one of the best sourdough pizzas, sandwich melts and also one of the meanest and finest rum and raisin cake!! You will me missed @superfine.kl thanks for all the tasty and amazing memories 😊🥰
And just like that, the pop-up is coming to an end. It was so good to bring the Superfine spirit back for a moment, but now it’s time for the next evolution.
May 3rd is our final day here, but the best is yet to come. We’re officially bringing the brunch favorites you love over to Mellow @mellow.kl , which will soon to be operating as a full-day restaurant.
